Return and Refund Policy
Arlisse Glow Lab is committed to making the return and refund process clear and easy to understand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your order arrives with a problem, please review the terms below.
Return Deadline
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Original packaging should be included when applicable, and proof of purchase or a valid order number may be required.
Because our products may include skincare, beauty, and personal care items, products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Products We Do Not Accept for Return
The following items are generally excluded from returns:
1. Opened or used beauty and skincare products
2. Final sale or clearance items
3. Gift cards
4. Personalized or custom products
5. Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
6. Items returned without prior approval
Submitting a Return Request
Before returning a product, please reach out to our customer support team and provide your order number, the item involved, and a short explanation of the reason for your request.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may request clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your request is approved, return instructions will be provided before the product is sent back.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
If the issue is caused by Arlisse Glow Lab, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Arlisse Glow Lab cannot be responsible for return packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Photos of the item, packaging, or shipping label may be requested to help us verify the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Refund Review
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order issue was caused by Arlisse Glow Lab.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need a different product, please complete the approved return process and place a new order.
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the return terms in this policy will apply.
